"Change Management" is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition of an organization's goals, processes, technology, and/or human resources. The purpose of change management is to implement strategies for affecting, controlling, and aiding people to adapt to change.

To this end, I draw heavily on my work experience over the past two decades guiding operations through change initiatives for all types of organizations from publicly traded corporations such as Tesla, to small businesses, non-profits, and government agencies.   At the heart of my proven track record is my fundamental commitment to both understanding how various departments are interrelated as well as finding holistic ways of doing more with less.
